SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT ORGANIZATIONAL WITH THE MEDIATION WORK SATISFACTION AMONG ISLAMIC TEACHERS

This study aims to examine the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment Islamic school teachers in South Sulawesi and mediating role work satisfaction these two variables. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires 144 teachers. analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). results showed that has no but will be helped if supported as a mediator. Furthermore, significant relationship with teachers' satisfaction, commitment. mediation test perfectly mediated Spiritual must increase among educational institutions improve patterns maintain order teacher organization.
